The Paleo Solution podcast just released their 330th episode including a couple "best of ..." episodes all of which I've listened to. Robb Wolf is a well informed, intelligent, classically trained biochemist that has spent the last half of his adult life educating people on the merits of good diet, smart exercise and solid sleep.
He talks like a normal adult, using simple language and analogies to break down tough topics with a few silly phrases (like "holy cats") and some salty language. I find his method of questioning his guests and style of communication to be ideal for my learning modality.
I only have 1 real criticism. Over 100 episodes ago he changed up his format from having a guest host and fielding Q&A to strictly interviews. Though I do find interviews very informative, I would like the periodic (say 1 in 4) to contain some Q&A.
Overall, his approach to teaching the Paleo diet and other Paleo lifestyle components is very reasonable and not over the top dogmatic. Please listen to this podcast if your looking for fun and intelligent discussions of all things Paleo, some training like BJJ and crossfit talks and related topics on sustainability, sleep, supplementation and the like.
